| Tell us about the kinds of things you have done, technical and non-technical alike, that have contributed to Ubuntu | Run a Ubuntu-centric FOSS display table (non trading) at ongoing monthly Computer Fairs, Bracknell, with leaflets and CDs. Support Ubuntu and FOSS exhibition stands, eg London Olympia, including custom Ubuntu leaflets. Ran a table at Wallingford festival (Bunkfest 2009, 3 days). Give talks and Ubuntu demonstrations to computer clubs. Am a volunteer sysadmin for a local charity which now has 6 Ubuntu computers. Contribute to various forums, including Novatech (Linux) and Age Concern Discussions (Computers and Internet). The latter is most notably an uphill advocacy task. Actively support a number of friends and family with Ubuntu. And Not least: am proud :-) to have suggested the T Shirt text "I do it with Ubuntu" |
