I'm a former teacher, now working at the University of Birmingham.
I'm working on several strategies to integarate the Ubuntu/Edubuntu environment into the UK education system.
One side project is http://teacherict.mine.nu which is a working installation of moodle, running on Ubuntu, which is actually used in day-to-day teaching.
The next step involves documenting exactly how the full ICT curriculum can be taught using Ubuntu/Edubuntu and OSS in general.
