= Get Involved! =
If you would like to get involved in the current default Ubuntu related artwork projects, follow the steps at Self:/Documentation/GetInvolved.
Line 15: Line 6:
This is not to signify that for example /KubuntuArtwork will be under the introduction, but rather that the introduction will be on this page and /KubuntuArtwor will be on a subpage. = Who Is Involved? =
Anyone interested in the official distribution default installation look and feel.

If you are interested in developing a particular "look / feel" for Ubuntu outside of the default installation, please consider joining one of the theme teams. Contact the mailing list for more information.

= How To Contribute =
As with the Ubuntu development team, we utilize Launchpad.net by constructing specifications. The Art specific specifications are subscribed to the ubuntu-art team ( https://launchpad.net/people/ubuntu-art/+specs ). The current specifications we are tackling are those marked approved by the Ubuntu development core.

Again, check the specifications and work towards solving them. If they are not yet approved, your work could still prove vital. Please leave a documentation trail for others to reference if you contribute to any of the specifications.

If you have an idea, it is strongly advised that get involved via the above link. Once you are involved, you can create specifications via the guidelines laid out in Self:/Specs namespace.

= Wiki Contributions =
If you have a contribution for the wiki and the mailing list feels it is needed, please use the /PageTemplate and put your page in Self:/Incoming. Keep it clear and simple.

= Other ArtworkTeams =
Currently we are attempting to collect all art related people under the ubuntu-art team on Launchpad. This has been quite successful thus far, and therefore one should consider the ubuntu-art team as a good starting point for work. For links to legacy pages, please see the following links:
 * EdubuntuArtwork. See also their [https://launchpad.net/people/edubuntu-artwork edubuntu-artwork] team on Launchpad.
