Purpose

The Education Team will be creating quick start guides for Ubuntu / Kbuntu and software included with the distribution. The goal is to give users an easy to use two-sided sheet to help them start to use Ubuntu / Kbuntu and associated applications.

  • Open Office Word Processor Quick Start Guide for Office Users
  • Open Office Spread Sheet Quick Start Guide for Office Users
  • Open Office Presentation Quick Start Guide for Office Users
  • Add / Remove Programs Quick Start Guide for New Users
  • Aptitude Quick Start Guide for New Users
  • Basic Terminal Commands Quick Start Guide for New Users
  • Guide to Using and Understanding man pages for New Users
