The booth was manned by 3 volunteers, with necessary material (decoration, promotion and hardware.

With an initial stock of 50 home-burned CD's (and home-printed CD sleeves) and a few Canonical CD's, we had not the additional work of burning CD's in the booth and all attention was given to the visitors.

We distributed a total of 45 CD's with a lot of explanation, but only to really interested people.

Finance :

- public gifts : 91,14 euro

- booth fees : 39.50 euro

- material for the next dipro fairs (blanco CD's + CD sleeves) : 26 euro

- saldo : 25,64 euro (will be transferred to Ubuntu-be bank account).

Lesson learned : As long as we don't have enough CD's for the fairs and other events, we need an other way to produce CD's with our limited resources. For the short time, it is advisable to burn a significant stock of CD's and to print adapted CD sleeves at home before the event.

During the fair, it is possible to buy blanco CD-R's (21 euro for 100) and CD sleeves (paper, 2 euro for 100) for the next event, if allowed by public gifts.
