(23:03:35) jean7491: about event boxes, 2 improved boxes are now located in ghent and antwerp, we can look for other boxes if there is a need elsewhere, not limited to dipro fairs
(23:04:30) markvandenborre a quitté le salon (quit: "Page closed")
(23:05:58) jean7491: about next topic 3. things living in the mailing list, the problem of support points map seems not interesting, although we receive remarks on each dipro fair
(23:06:35) jean7491: the question remains open, i have no solution
(23:07:35) jean7491: no comment ? ! Other questions not in the agenda?
(23:08:18) siegie: it's not only the ubuntu-be support points map but also the map from ubuntu-nl.
(23:08:50) siegie: This one isn't checkt for more than a year now.
(23:09:02) nero_: what are the requirements to be a support point?
(23:09:44) siegie: nero_: first one is to answer, also if you don't know a sollution.
(23:10:07) nero_: by mail ore otherwise?
(23:11:22) siegie: nero_: i answer by mail :) I think it's required to enter on if you ask a support point.
(23:13:46) nero_: that shouldn't be a problem
(23:14:21) nero_: although I don't consider myself as an expert
(23:14:21) siegie: most people complain that they don't hear anything from the support point
(23:15:42) jean7491: core requirements: be ready to help with cd, demonstration or help for installation, when you receive a request from new "user". a request needs an answer, at least, by mail. sometime the request is more complicated but allways needs a reaction. but it is not allways the case. we don't have statistics on this topic.
(23:20:40) nero_: ok, I can do that
(23:21:31) siegie: For my case, i think i had 10 questions from a support, 5 askt for a cd, 1 a installation, 2 simple support questions, and 2, with i linked to the because, i didn't know the sollution. This is it for 3 year.
(23:22:50) jean7491: in 1 year in ostend i had ± 15 requests
(23:24:39) jean7491: if no other question, next meeting ? proposed on 18/11/2009 at 21 h.
(23:25:01) nero_: ok
(23:27:12) nero_ a quitté le salon (quit: )

(23:29:43) JanC: jean7491: ok
(23:29:58) jean7491: thanks to all for your participation, have a good night :)
