23 The program start2surf@home was an opportunity to promote alternative solutions, but there was no offer with Ubuntu or FOSS. It is now too late to be part of it, we have to be more prepared next time and to think about other ways to approach people starting with computers.
24 Question : does anybody know a link to the public tender for that project ?
