   9 Summary: a successful event, but the "launch/install party" concept doesn't fit into the Dipro fair.
  10 Nevertheless, there was a continuous affluence of visitors from 10 to 17 h., no time for a pause! 
  11 A few lessons learned : 
  12 - Importance of an improved decoration and new lay-out for the booth, for an easier contact with the public,
  13 - It is worthy to ask a booth along a wall, and if possible close to the entrance and/or the food and drink facilities,
  14 - It is easy to add posters and flyers at the entrance of the event to inform and attract the visitors to the booth. 
  15 Promotion: local promotion for our Dipro booth with simple A3 posters is always possible, just have a look for good locations (to be done by the local teams!).

  18 - No report about (9/5) Release party in Brussel – dewereldmorgen.be and (11/5) Testrit with ubuntu in Kortrijk.

  22 - Ostend : Presentation/Install party organized by Ubuntu-be with the support of the local organization Zandletters on 29/2, 13.30 - 15.00 hr. See home page http://zandletters.be/. Volunteers to help and visitors are welcome.

  29  a. Press Release Lucid Lynx : no information about the result in the press.

  31  b. Public Relations. We need a Public-Relations Team (with people who knows about Public Relations). First step is to nominate new dutch and french press contact points.
  32 The main problem is to find a few motivated volunteers ! Who will answer to this call ?

  34  c. New banner to identify our booth in the events : exchange of ideas is going on in the mailing list.

  44 The wiki page belgianteam/responsibility is in process to be updated.  The website link "contact" in the home page should be updated as the (press) nl and fr contacts are not correct.
