  10 18/09 Software Freedom Day (SFD) : we are waiting for suggestions about activities to organize or to participate in.
  11 Ostend : a presentation of FOSS will be organized in the municipal library. Lier : warddr is looking to organize something.

  14 2. Promotion
  15  a. Ubuntu-be public relations team : the application of Jan Bongaerts (from Antwerp) for the post of point of contact with the dutch press (see email 03/06/2010 23.51) is accepted.
  16  b. Update promotion material : new banner for identification of the Ubuntu-be team in events
  17 As previously announced, a selection of 5 proposals (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/IrcMeetings/SuggestedTopics) is presented and accepted. A poll for the Be LoCo team members will be organized in launchpad (see email mongolito404 17/06/2010 at 09.11 hr. "[Ubuntu-be] New Banner - Call for votes") for the final choice (next IRC meeting on 30/06).
  18  c. Guy (guydup) is planning to send (Linux) posters and CD's for free to (all=+/-300) public libraries (Flanders) in September - http://www.multiseatcomputer.be/tux-posters.html. It is suggested to add posters "De weg naar de vrijheid is open ..."(2008) en "Ontketen je computer"(2009).

  21 3. Support points map status : mongolito404 is working on it. Support point profile can be completed via website, if launchpad account exists. Email to support points without launchpad account is not yet sent.

  23 4, Things living in the Mailing List 
  24  a. T-shirt proposal : warddr is working on the proposal. It is suggested to start with 100 T-shirts (5-6 euro/t-shirt, selling price 10 euros ?). Which design ? Only Ubuntu-be ? Generic Ubuntu logo ? Call for propositions will be sent in the mailing list. More at the next meeting.

  28 In June, only 1 meeting on 30/06, mainly with 2 topics, new banner and T-shirts,
  29 No meeting in July and 1 meeting in August on 18/08.
