   4 Topic is about Ubuntu-be.org site and adding a webpage containing links to commercial companies/organizations whose activities are related to Ubuntu.

   8 Item 1. Who is concerned ? 
   9 Commercial companies, organizations and non-benefit organizations, with activities related to Ubuntu.

  11 Item 2. Conditions   
  12 - location in Belgium or abroad if product/service is available in Belgium (shippable to Belgium, Belgian contact address),
  13 - activity : clear and obvious relation to Ubuntu (hardware, maintenance, promotion, education, ... ), 
  14 - language : at least 1 national language NL/FR/DE and/or EN

  16 Item 3. Update, periodicity
  17 For an easy update and to avoid dead links, the links will be accepted for 1 year,  with renewal on request.

  19 Item 4. Details of the offer - content of the page “links”   
  20 Our offer should include - a logo (which size?) - name of the company – location - phone nr (hidden ?) and email addres - link (see remark below) - short description of the activity (max. 3 lines) – language(s) – eventually location on map (if needed ?).
  21 As Jan B. said, we should stipulate that the link goes directly to the company's page where they advertise Ubuntu service/hardware. It should not go to a home page full of other stuff and you have to struggle to find the open source product.

  23 Companies in alphabetical order, mention "no responsibility for Ubuntu-be" about information published on this page and a sentence inviting visitor to contact us to add information and correct mistake.

  25 Item 5. Reciprocity : what can we ask ?
  26 We requires nothing, suggest linking to Ubuntu-be.org and suggest taking action in/for the community (sponsoring, etc.), and it clear we really appreciate if they do what we suggest.

  28 Item 6. Procedure application and agreement

  30 - We need procedure and rules for publication and used to judge (yes/not) a request, cancelation of our decision if conditions/rules are not respected.
  31 - Who decide to accept an application ? It is suggested whoever is available and willing to take care of the application takes the responsibility. This kind of "informal decision-group" should be detailled.
  32 Doubtful acceptation can be discussed on the mailing list and/or during an IRC meeting. Idem if an accepted application is challenged.

  34 Item 7. Implementation  
  35 (1) Redaction of the rules, inclusive the renewal procedure, for example in the wiki (jean7491),
  36 (2) Publication of the information through the mailing list (for improvement) and  preparation of the website page (mongolito404), 
  37 (3) Contact with the companies, (1st answer to Silent computers, Linux-Service, Alupcs, ...) and others, through the mailing list and/or personal contact, (everyone can do it)
  38 (4) Control of the published links (still interest for and engagement to Ubuntu ?), if at anytime, the conditions are not meet (everyone can control it), the link can be removed without notice.
