4 1. Events
5 a. There is a Release Party organized by the Bitmappers @Hasselt (A. Rodenbachstraat 18) next Friday (20th of may). The RP starts at 18.30h.
6 b. There aren't any events planned until the next dipro in sebtember @Antwerp. We can use this time to either be present on other events, or we could organize a meeting/event with fellow Ubunteros. (a BBQ or something)

8 2. Promotion
9 a. Rollup : We search for suppliers for the rollups. Cheap yet durable if possible. All comments and pricing can be added to the wiki (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/PromotionMaterial/ProposalsRollup2011).

11 3. Update Wiki and Web-site : ToDo's and Ideas can still be added to http://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/Website/Overview

16 I noticed while twittering/Facebooking about the Release Parties that certain people respond to this. Therefore I advice to do this more often. Social Media are a great way to involve new people. To everyone with a social account of any kind: Spread our word!
