1. Next meeting
Sunday 2009-03-29 @ 21h (and probably other Wednesday & Sunday evenings 21h
after that, unless other people complain that both dates are useless for them)

2. #ubuntu-be logs
Some people want public logging of the channel, others not. Currently there
is no public logging, but meeting logs will be put online after the meetings
(after e-mail addresses are removed ;-) )

3. Event-calendar on ubuntu-be.org
We need an event-calendar on ubuntu-be.org; it makes the site more "alive" and
also makes it easier to find Ubuntu-related events & meetings in one location.

Pierre ("mongolito404") has made a blueprint and wants input from others (e.g.
if you have more/other usecases, please add them)
See: <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/Website/Events>

For now we do this on the wiki, but this is not always complete & up-to-date.
We should work on doing this better...

Also, if possible, we should also have event reports there (for now, we can
do that on the wiki too).

4. "Human resources"
Currently it's sometimes difficult to find volunteers for Ubuntu booths at
events. jean7491 suggests that we write to the people in the "map" database
and ask them if they want to help with such things, then we have a list of
(local) people to contact before events.

He also proposes to have a list with prospective events (events where it might
be good to have a group of volunteers to demonstrate Ubuntu).
This can be used as a reference for people who want to do something for Ubuntu.

5. Ubuntu-be team membership on launchpad
People had to wait long for membership to be approved because the
administrators didn't have much free time. mongolito404 will ask for
administrator rights on the team (is done now)

6. ubuntu-be should be all people involved with Ubuntu in Belgium
Currently there isn't always enough contact between the groups involved in
promoting & supporting Ubuntu.
