   9  Organization by an ad-hoc team is ongoing.
  10 Promotion within Ubuntu-be community is discussed : a mail with information about the event will be sent in the Mailing-List and to members + support points localized in Gent area.

  12 In Launchpad, 52 of the 127 members of  the Belgian Local Community Team have not set their location on the map : please control your profile in Launchpad and set our location (no exact location, city is enough).

  14 Ubuntu-be needs an event-team (already mentionned in the website) to help organizing and coordinating events and activities. This core-team could activate the search of volunteers in relation with possible future events. Could be discussed at the next meeting.
