California is a huge state with 58 counties yet 68% of the population resides in just three of the Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) among the many entries in the US listing of MSAs and CSAs. The lists are sorted alphabetically by statistical areas (used by the US OMB) and then sorted by the monthly meeting date.
