  * Ubuntu Hours an informal outreach, something to build community around 

 * [[UbuntuGlobalJam|Ubuntu Global Jam]] coming up 2-4 September 2011 
  * Kwartzlab is hosting an event; [[txwikinger]] plans to build automated packaging tool
  * Bug fixes, bug triage, bug reporting, and Ubuntu Community Boosterism are all ways of contributing
  * People expressed interest in participating through IRC or other collaborative software
