Many of the pages in this wiki were listed as CategoryEdubuntu or CategoryEdubuntuCleanup, while they in fact were Specs.

I kept CategorySpec but changed CategoryEdubuntu into CategoryEdubuntuSpec.

Now we can handle all specs in one go once we know what to do with it.
