Current Endeavors

Team Lead for Colorado Local Community Team.

• Planning release parties. - Our next is going to be the best yet!
• Organizing "Geek Fests" - Frequent get-togethers which build on our team's community.
• Acting as team spokesman to local groups.

Working on a new Library Outreach program.

• Currently on hold pending more team resources.

Becoming a Ubuntu member.

Testing enhanced desktop solutions (i.e. beryl, composite managers, etc.) and assisting users in setting these solutions up.

Creating a new program for the ColoradoTeam - Free Local Support

• This program will bring our community activism to a new level.
• We will provide three different tiers of support.
• The greatest single facet of this program right now is creating a clean interface for people to find the best support solution for them through our website.

Contribute and help maintain the new ColoradoTeam website.

Worked to move the ColoradoTeam website and mailing lists over to official Canonical servers.

• This is in accordance with the standards agreed upon in the USTeams project.
• The final transition for our website to the Canonical servers is pending the support of PHP5 and SimpleXML.

Write tutorials and help users through ubuntuforums.org, including a front page digg.com article for Avant Window Navigator compiling.

Find and implement new outreach programs for Ubuntu.
