== Summary ==

Gather and document best practices for handling crash and issues reports for Ubuntu derivative distributions.  Implement these practices by extending existing Ubuntu tools.

 This includes: 
 * Directing crash and issue reports generated by derivative distributions to the correct issues tracker.
 * Forwarding bugs to the Ubuntu issue tracker from derivative distribution's issue tracker. 
 * Monitoring crash and issue report in Ubuntu's issue tracker from derivatives' issues trackers. 

== Rationale ==

Derivative distributions need to insure the same level of quality assurance as Ubuntu.  Effective communication between Ubuntu and downstream distribution as well as automated issue handling tool will improve the quality of the entire Ubuntu ecosystem.
