| Applying for upload permissions which grant no further access

| The DMB recognises that individuals may wish to become members of teams
| that they have no /technical/ reason to want to join, so that they may
| feel explicitly included as a member of the team.
| 
| For such "social" applications, the DMB will expect to see evidence of
| a large degree of social involvement in the team. Examples include
| mentoring new contributors and discussing policy.
| 
| It would be helpful if applicants could seek endorsements from existing
| members of the team when applying.

The Developer Membership Board will consider a maximum of two applicants per meeting. If there are already two applicants for the next meeting, please add yourself to the agenda and specify the date of the next meeting with fewer than two candidates that you will attend. Meetings are held fortnightly.

• Send minutes (reuse the team report) to ubuntu-devel@lists.ubuntu.com and ubuntu-devel-announce@lists.ubuntu.com and CC ubuntu-news-team@lists.ubuntu.com in case of new developers were approved

• Add approved applicants to the teams in Launchpad (as appropriate from the list at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopers)

• Send individual outcomes of the votes as response to the application mail to devel-permissions@

• Update DeveloperMembershipBoard/Logs with a link to the IRC log

• Update the agenda

• Update DeveloperMembershipBoard/NextMeeting
