My involvement in Ubuntu

I've been using Ubuntu since Dapper Drake (6.06). I met Eivar Montenegro at the beginning of 2008 (just after we worked on the FLISOL of that year), He introduced me to the Ubuntu Loco Team of Panama (not official yet) and I've been an active member in the community since that. I've been helping with support and the organization of activities of the community.

My Plans for the Future

  • Be an Ubuntu Official Member
  • Convert our community in an Approved Community
  • Make our community bigger
  • Spread the philosophy of Free Software in my University to make them migrate
