How

  • Ubuntu Create separate page for each team, with members' photos in body-top.

    Ubuntu Make each team free to choose it's means and to adjust it's performance locally.

    Ubuntu FGs owned by Council.

    Ubuntu One Elected Administrator for each FG.

    Ubuntu One person can administer only one FG at a time.

    • Watch all teams' resources for support requests and help with answering them.

    Ubuntu Organizers:

    • Prepare for upcoming events:
      • Finding Venues.
      • Arranging Venues booking.
      • Schedule event's sessions/classes and arrange them according to best fit.
    • Manage Events while it's happening:
      • Help with on-time happenings during events.
      • Respond to attendees requests.
    • Work closely with inviter(s) to hold requested event(s).
    • Work closely with Marketing and Treasurers to bring Events in best shape possible.
