About me
My name is Emil Oppeln-Bronikowski. I'm 25 year old programmer from Poland who is intrested in all aspect of computers. I see Ubuntu as a effort that can bring a wide range of solution for users needs: we have two DE polished for a everyday usage. [MOTU] works on Mono packges, we will provide users with GCC4.0. The free Java is also here. Ubuntu supports Python as a all-purpouses-hacking language. So, you can use it as a develoment platform. Thanks to heavy Python focus, you can run your webserver with all the Python web-goodies.
My personal goals as an Ubuntu member:
- Following Code Of Conduct
- Sharing all the Linux/UNIX knowledge I have on mailing lists, IRC and IM with other community members, because knowledge should be free.
- Creating community around Ubuntu.
- Helping Polish team with everything.
- Writing a software that can be helpful for both community members and Ubuntu developers
- Incrase my packaging skills to the point I'll be able to work with [MOTU] guys
Gathering creative people from outside of community.
- Helping with PegasosPPC port
