An update from the Forums Council for February of 2012

 1. If easily alterable, the forum banner will be periodically updated for special occasions.

 1. Forms upgrade - The FC is pleased to see progress as the forums begin to evolve.

 1. FC leadership - bodhi.zazen and s-fox will serve as co-chairs - other duties will rotate amongst Forum Council members.

 1. The forum staff will provide a presence in #ubuntuforums irc channel - as participants, not police.

 1. We approved two new Ubuntu Membership Applications - congratulations to both.		  1. We approved six Ubuntu Membership Applications - congratulations to all.
