- MOTU work, especially on KDE related packages
- Work on getting a usable KDE 4.0 for Hardy
- Helping contributors to master packaging and the Ubuntu development process
- Coordinating the team efforts for KDE 4 updates (started with 4.1.0 and continuing right now with 4.1.1)
- Polishing KDE 4 to ensure a perfect transition from KDE 3
- Bug triage
- Member of the kubuntu-de.org team
- Providing installation/usage support for Kubuntu in the neighborhood and on IRC
- Promote the Free Desktop, especially Kubuntu and KDE
