= Introduction = I've been using Ubuntu as a Windows alternative for several years. It's brought new life to my older computers, as well as taught me more than I probably ever needed/wanted to know about computers in general.

= Experience and Skills = Troubleshooting skills honed by professional support training from a leading personal computer manufacturer (think of a fruit) and various PC manufacturers leaving customers like me out to dry ;).
