My dream is to help artists take entertainment back from the entertainment industry. My dream is for artists to make money making the TV they want to make.
So some friends and I are developing a distributed video editor aimed at professional TV and movie production using HDSLR cameras (like the 5D Mark II). The free software community has truly mastered the lean, distributed workflow. Now we're bringing that workflow to video production. We think that cheap HDSLR cameras plus distributed editing software can enable an explosion of financially sustainable independent TV and movies... licensed under the Creative Commons.
If this sounds exciting to you, right now we really need help spreading the word, refining our message.

Our little team will be attending UDS-N. We're exciting to get some face time with this great Ubuntu community.
