Summary
If a KDE Users uses Firefox, it wants to open any downloaded file with the appropriate gnome-program. There should be a second default-option, with the corrosponding KDE program.
Rationale
If there would be a secondary option to use the KDE program, a kde user would only need to select once per filetype, that he wants the KDE program, instead of the gnome-program to open the file.
Use cases
Everytime, the users downloads a file and wants to open it directly.
