We intend to upload the 3.5.0-12.12 Quantal kernel before the end of the week.
The most notable changes in this kernel will be updates to the brcmsmac and
apple-gmux drivers, a fix for CVE-2012-3412, and misc bug fixes. As usual, we
will also upload this to the ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/q-lts-backport PPA to facilitate
testing of the 12.10 kernel in 12.04. Please test and let us know your results.
We uploaded the 3.5.0-13.13 and 3.5.0-13.14 Quantal kernels this week. The most
notable changes include a rebase to upstream v3.5.3 and some misc bug fixes. We
do not anticipate any further uploads before Beta-1. As usual, we also uploaded
these kernels to the ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/q-lts-backport PPA to facilitate testing
of the 12.10 kernel in 12.04. Please test and let us know your results.

As well as the 3.5.0-12.12 upload, we will likely plan a final kernel upload
next Tues in preparation for Quantal Beta-1 freeze.
Nothing at this time.

What was done engineering wise?

We uploaded the 3.5.0-13.13 and 3.5.0-13.14 Quantal kernels this week. The most notable changes include a rebase to upstream v3.5.3 and some misc bug fixes. We do not anticipate any further uploads before Beta-1. As usual, we also uploaded these kernels to the ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/q-lts-backport PPA to facilitate testing of the 12.10 kernel in 12.04. Please test and let us know your results.
