About

I'm a software programmer and according to my job title also an expert on software and network security. I work as the head of research and development for a company called [http://www.xsguard.com XSGuard Systems].

My main professional interests are developing software security applications (anti-virus, IDS, IPS, etc) and high-availability clusters (mainly using the software of the [http://www.linux-ha.org Linux-HA project]).

In my spare time I do some work in game programming, developing AI and 3D engines (still learning for physics which I'm also interested in). Producing Drum & Bass music is also something I do in my spare time, so I like working with audio software however I don't do this on Linux. Yes I also run Mac OS X and use evil proprietary software like Reason and Ableton Live.
