'''StephanHermann''' Question is, should we find a away to produce something better then adept? I would like to see an approach for Ubuntu and Kubuntu flavour. Speaking of that, we can work with MichaelVogt to see, if we can have a backend/frontend solution. We should try to bring the logic behind all administrative things closely together, so the only differences between Ubuntu and Kubuntu is the UI. |

Adept 2.0 Feature Plan (sorted by priority)
- detailed package info: file list, package relations (with navigation), available versions and the like
- UI and usability improvements, especially in the debtags department
- i18n/l10n
- update notifier
- simplified installation interface ala gnome-app-install
- some sort of version/release policy (pinning)
- purge and reinstall
- individual .deb installation (wizard?)
- automatic dependency tracking of some kind
- make it possible to hide the konsole somehow, unless it's needed for user interaction (and show progressbar for dpkg)
- advanced problem resolution algorithm
- undo/redo tooltips summarising changes they will do (?)
