Concept

The Lubuntu Artwork Team is pleased to announce the brand new Trusty Tahr theme. With this release we're looking our "roots", the well-known Lubuntu blueish wave, but a bit more colourful, not only at the background, but the icons too.

Wallpaper

Choose your tone, a colourful blue and purple wave, a more traditional saturated blue, and a desaturated version.
Oh, and don't forget the Community wallpapers, those submitted by users and fans!

Panel

The traditional panel, with improved elements (menu button and background).

Controls

Again, but small improvements and fixes. Colour has been changed a bit, everything's cleaner and readable.
Also, because Light Themes from Ubuntu changed, thus Lubuntu default too, specially on GTK3.

Window borders

Two versions of the window borders, due to a community suggestion (bug #1194261).

Icons

This release will include Box 0.43, an updated version with lots of new apps, devices and mimetypes, and improved colours and metrics.
