My Story
I am a 24 year old systems/network administrator currently working at a call center as there are no jobs in my field around here. I have been using Linux now for quite a few years as well as for other operating systems that shall remain nameless. Also would like to meantion here that I am a hardcore Linux fan and that I have TUX tattooed on my right arm. Since Kubuntu 6.06 LTS was released I have updated all my computers to Ubuntu as I feel that Ubuntu has the best user base and support there is to offer. Unfortunatly for me I am forced to use an inferior operating system at work. Currently running Ubuntu 8.04LTS.
My Contributions
- Display pictures for use in various places such as aMSN and forums.
- You can also catch me helping in #Ubuntu and #Ubuntu-offtopic on irc.freenode.net when I have the time and in some cases I have made time to help people out. I find that the bases of a good and successfull Linux distro is in its user to user support that you find on irc and the forums.
My Goal
- Help out as much as I can were ever I can. I can test different releases as I used to be a beta tester for Microsoft, I also want to take active participation in the documentation of Ubuntu (wiki or not) and I can also if needed translate English documentation to French, help users in #Ubuntu, #Ubuntu-offtopic with many issues.
