Rationale:
- Replace mysql 5.0 with mysql 5.1 in main.

- Launches the mysql daemon.
- No setuid/sgid riles.
- Due to the nature of mysql it can open a port and can handle incoming network traffic.
- It can directly (not through a library) process binary (video, audio, etc) or structured (PDF, etc) data.
- No source code review.
Quality assurance:
- The situation where mysql does not work out of the box without configuration is that if the user does not select a mysql root password.
- The package does not ask any debconf questions higher than priority 'medium'.
Maintenance in Debian is vigorous.
Upstream is frenetic.

- No special hardware is needed.
- There is an upstream testsuite but it is not enabled because it fails currently in the debian package.
