If quorum was reached on an application and the votes were in favor the following steps need to be taken:

• report to CC and TB:

  • in case the applicant gains Membership through joining the team: mail to CC about the intention to add a new member to the team (application details, votes in favour (who), link to IRC log)

  • in case the applicant gains upload rights through joining the team: mail both the TB and CC about the intention to add a new member to the team (application details, votes in favour (who), link to IRC log)

• "doing the honours": adding the person to the team
• prepare a quick introductory text about the applicant and send/add a welcome note to:

  • ubuntu-devel and ubuntu-motu (CC Mark Shuttleworth!)

  • UWN - Ubuntu Weekly News (in the "General Community News" section)

  • our team report: MOTU/Council/TeamReport

• Update the meeting agenda.
