WikiMaintenance
From experience with the MOTU wiki we learned:
- Wiki Maintenance has to happen on an ongoing basis.
- Written pages with TODO list items get out of date.
Categories and Headers
When drafting a TODO list, please use a Category as a dynamic list. This helps to keep the descriptions of the work to be done from distracting people reviewing the list, and further helps ensure that the list is easy to keep up to date.
If there is information which should be displayed in multiple places (e.g. notification of next meeting date, comment that a page is being considered for a merge), please use a Header to show this information, so that changes accross pages are easy to manage.
