Requirements

1. Availability: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/f/facile; available on all architectures

2. Rationale:

   • Needed for Kalzium(KDE4) equation solver, which is one of the most important feature of Kalzium

3. Security:

   • No CVE entries
   • No secunia history
   • No binaries running as root or suid/sgid.
   • Doesn't open any port

4. Quality assurance:

   • Package work out of the box without configuration

   • Debian bugs: no showstoppers

   • Maintenance in Debian by the OCaml team, not really active, but the last release of Facile is old

   • Upstream is not active(but the webpage was updated in July), as said above

   • No bug tracker, just a mail address: facileATrechercheDOTenacDOTfr
   • Test suite is available by running "make check", not ran in the build

5. Standards compliance:

   • Meet the FHS and Debian Policy

   • Packaged with cdbs, patch system is dpatch
