2. Rationale: The package is required for Jabber use in Kopete

3. Security:

   • Wrapper for libssl which is already in main.
   • No reported vulnerabilities.

4. Quality assurance:

   • The package contains 1 dynamically loadable library. There are no user configuration options.

   • Upstream is activly developed inside KDE's SVN. http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/kdesupport/qca/ and will become a required part of KDE for KDE 4.

   • No Debian bugs.

5. Standards compliance: The package meets the FHS and Debian Policy.

6. Dependencies:

   • Depends only on Qt (does not depend on othe QCA infrastructure)
