Main Inclusion Report for sexy-python
Requirements
Availability: Is available for all supported archs (i386, powerpc, sparc and amd64)
Rationale:
In the future a build dependency of gnome-app-install. In my local branch I already implemented an advanced search entry that is based on sexy.IconEntry
- Libsexy is already in main and used by Rhythmbox
Security:
- Quite low tech
Quality assurance:
Is maintained by Christian Hammond (ChipX86), a known memember of the GNOME community, who is also the maintainer of libsexy
There are no known major bugs: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/browse.cgi?product=libsexy
Standards compliance:
- Seems to follow the Debian Python Policy and FHS
Dependencies:
- All dependencies are already in main (mainly pygtk and libsexy)
Background information:
- None
Reviewers
MartinPitt: easy enough, just Python bindings to an existing library. Approved.
