Why i am a UBUNTERO* Long Version:

in the Year 2006 (6.04) i saw my first UBUNTU Distri. I put the CD in my second Desktop PC and "hit & run" a Linuxinstall whitout problems. If I remember correctly my Hardware was approximate 20/24 months old. And i was decided to switch from KDE to GNOME Desktop, and the rest is History, whit many bottels of Clubmate and shirty buddys (thanks a million over again) As Serversystem we use Debian in our company. And now UBUNTU is my way to say "thank you". IMHO: Whit UBUNTU is the first step, linux cames out from the Neerdimage. Think about the slogan "UBUNTU is Linux for human bings". I read the Code of Conduct and sign him whit my PGP-Key. The most Time for UBUNTU i spend in the UBUNTU Deutschland e.V. (e.g. at the booth at LinuxTag Berlin) or bugsquad(ing)

i promote free software, and especial UBUNTU, while i beleve that free software can only exist in a free socity. and for a free socity is free software grassroot. but, it was not easy for normal people to switch. this is the UBUNTU task! i advocacy this...
