- To create an awareness about Ubuntu-MY Community, Kamaruddin Mahmood came out with Ubuntu-MY Official 2012 Shirt available in Black and White color with Ubuntu-MY logos and link printed on the shirt. The shirt has been re-printed by MFauzirahman due to high demand from Ubuntu-MY community members.
- The idea are the same as ubuntu release t-shirt, to make people aware about Ubuntu-MY community and it's website when they saw any members wearing the shirt on any occasion.
The shirt design are acquired through a contest, Ubuntu-MY 2012 Official T-Shirt Design Competition in forums.ubuntu.com.my and its also been announce via Ubuntu-MY facebook group
