I work for Canonical as the Ubuntu QA Team https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam Manager.

My main contributions to Ubuntu have been in the areas of QA and HW Certification.

As a manager, I have helped to manage the work efforts of the following Ubuntu contributors:
I am active on the coordination of ISO testing. This involves recruiting and encouraging Ubuntu contributors to run the tests during release milestones and at other times, as necessary.
I manage QA related blueprints:
I also managed the HW Certification team until September 2010. This team makes sure that users have the best user experience with Ubuntu right out of the box, including peripheral hardware components.
