ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THURS 16TH & FRIDAY 17TH
Thursday night 16th December - After the show in Salon Cristal, we need to vacate ALL meeting rooms, except Salon Belagua (Hack Room) - the others have been booked and we are not able to change it. Please can everyone help to clear the other 3 rooms and ensure that equipment is locked in Salon Belagua. On Friday 17th, this is the ONLY meeting room available for us at the hotel.
Friday 17th: This will be held at the Tecnocampus - see the Conference map for directions: http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/ConferenceMaps, and see the schedule for further details. For those going up to the tecnocampus, please be there by 10:30. We will meet in the hotel lobby at 10am and walk up together. Javier will be our guide! There will be wireless access at the tecnocampus.
Packed lunch back at the hotel will be in the bar area at 2pm, as Salon Cristal will be in use.
7pm sharp - FAREWELL DINNER at the "Drunken Chicken", Camí Ral, about 4 blocks from the hotel. They have opened their restaurant early for us, so please all be there, and we need to be out of there by 9:45pm. (Christmas and everyone is having their work Christmas parties).
Dancing - there is a club called 'Clap' near the tecnocampus. Cover charge only after 1:30am, so we should aim to be there by 1:15am or earlier. Slightly smarter dress code than normal. No sneakers/running shoes. OR Barcelona - Go into Barcelona as an alternative to dancing in Mataro.

- Please could team leads review the schedule - if there are overlaps where people are required in both, please re-organise below:
- Leads - if you elect a scribe to assist you - it will be your/their responsibility to write up BOF notes on the wiki directly afterwards. This is so that community members unable to attend the conference have an idea of what was discussed and what decisions were taken.

Rooms
- Salon Cristal (285 sq m) = Group session and work room
- Salon Mataro/Iluro (84 sq m) = BOF room
- Salon Belagua (46 sq m) = hack room
- Salon Pirineos (42 sq m) = quiet room
Week 1
Breakfast is from 7-11am every morning at the hotel. On public holidays (6th & 8th) from 8am-12pm. Packed lunches for sponsored attendees will be ready at 1pm daily.
- The conference starts at 9am sharp every morning.
- All BOFs will take place at the Mataro Hotel. The last Friday will be at the Tecnocampus. Directions will be available at the Hotel.
