Background

I starting using linux in about '96 when I was trying different OSes and never looked back. I've been doing linux sysadmin for about 5 years now, and I'm currently working at http://vicnet.net.au

I started using slackware, used debian for many years, and have recently started using ubuntu

Ubuntu Contributions

For now primarily helping people in IRC and filing bugs, however [OliverGrawert] is roping me into the MOTU program (which is great as I want to 'give back' to the open source community)

Interests

I'm interested in many things - making ubuntu easier to use primarily, from the point of view of gaming, as well as setting up various utlities that are commonly used but difficult to use

My availability is part time due to my f/t role
