Official Ubuntu Membership means recognition of significant and sustained contribution to Ubuntu or the Ubuntu community. Here's some helpful things for the Ubuntu Membership Review Boards:
An introduction script (not THAT kind of script) to use at the beginning of the meetings so everyone knows what is expected.
An outline of the post-meeting email that gets sent out.
Some suggestions for other pages documenting correct procedure:
- Outlining what quorum is for the team
- Defining the procedure for applicants who attend a meeting that hasn't received quorum (taking to mailing list?)
- Description of the voting regulations for applications
