No Sound in Intrepid

Please check the following things:

 1. ensure that you don't have a $HOME/.asoundrc.

 2. ensure that you have libasound2-plugins package installed.

 3. test latest packages from https://edge.launchpad.net/~crimsun/+archive; restart everything ... does it help?

If not, 
 4. test latest packages from https://edge.launchpad.net/~themuso/+archive, restart everything and reproduce.
