First Steps for NH Team

  • Find core members - nothing more happens until there are (5?, 10?) core members. We are getting there - go add yourself to the membership page if you want in!
  • Forum is upand running
  • Convene Organization Meeting (IRC?), plan for first physical meeting.

I have no schedule to base this on, but I hope these steps can be completed by 1 Sept, 2007.

Next Steps

  • Persue approval
  • Set initial public-facing goals - education/support, distribution, community/technical outreach
  • Plan Initial Public meeting(s).
