Ubuntu at School: A better OS for students
This event will feature 'demonstration' computers for the public to experiment with and a presentation lead by Ben Sheron a student at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). The event will focus on why Ubuntu is a better OS for students.
The New York State Local Community is working to secure at least one demonstration machine from System76 and potentially one other local vendor that offers Ubuntu as an OS choice on their custom built computers.
