Greetings,
I'm Olivier Lemaire, french user of Ubuntu.
Background
Born in FRANCE in 1972, and living in PARIS since 1998, I'm currently employed by Siemens Business Services (SBS) France (The Outsourcing company of the Siemens group: http://www.sbs.siemens.com/ ).
Interested on IT scince my first computer (a Sinclair ZX-81), I enrolled the French Army in 1992, serving as an NCO during 8 years. I learned Unix there, and had opportunity to participate in some operations thru africa and europe.
Returning to civilian life in 2000, I co-founded IDEALX S.A.S. (http://www.idealx.com/ ) in march 2000 with some friends. In 2003, I decided to join the Siemens group where I'm still working at the present day.
I'm used to Debian, Ubuntu and OpenBSD.
