Date, Time and Place

The First couple'a few meetings will take place on IRC, hopefully an official meeting place will be chosen by then. If you would like to have a meeting sooner or later then the next scheduled time, please contact the team via the mailing list (ubuntu-us-or@lists.ubuntu.com).

The next meeting will be on the 21st of December 2007, 7:30pm PST at #ubuntu-oregon, irc.freenode.net.

Team meetings are open to anyone interested in current team activities. All team members are encouraged to attend. If you would like to discuss something that is not shown on the agenda, by all means feel free to add it here so it will be covered.

    • Oregon team Launchpad page
    • Easily Accessible Ubuntu CD Distribution Point (ie, setup an Oregon/PNW website that people could easily request CD's and we could ship to them. Much faster than shipit)
    • Compile a list of our hardware with what works and doesn't, any hoops we had to jump though and submit it to the hardware/laptop teams

In the event that an agenda item is not able to be discussed then it will be added to the agenda for the next team meeting or a special meeting may be held to cover the topic.
