Mission
- Distribute the 'Official' Ubuntu disks to the various regions.
- Keep a prudent reserve of 10% of disks on-hand in the event of disk emergency.
- Distribution Plan for all Regions.
- Inventory of all disks received, and the amounts sent to each region.
